Refund Policy
We do not accept any refunds once an order has been placed.
An in store pick up purchase can be exchanged for a different size if available in stock. To ensure an exchange can be processed, the item must be in its original unused condition.
Shipping Policy
- All orders are fulfilled and prepared for shipping within 24 hours. All orders are shipped via Fedex. Shipping delivery time typically takes 1-5 days depending on destination. We are not liable for any lost or damaged packages.
Pick Up Policy
- If you selected the in store pick up option you will be contacted to confirm a pick up time.
- Pick ups are allowed from 8:00am-11:00pm
- You must present confirmation email upon arrival to complete order.
Drop off policy
- If an online order is placed and you would like to receive it in a timely fashion we offer delivery through uber package. A fee will be charged based on the destination.
- If you’d like to arrange a drop off time just simply contact us at 347-268-1220.
- Drop offs are allowed from 8:00am-11:00pm
